With EP26 looming, we’re delighted to share a number of information resources that will be available to residents before and throughout the festival weekend.

A dedicated Residents’ Information webpage is now live, bringing together important information for local residents, including access, traffic, parking, noise, security, clean-up and more.

A dedicated hotline, based in Event Control, will be available for residents to report queries, issues or concerns as soon as they arise.

📖 RESIDENTS’ INFORMATION BOOKLETS
FR have also produced 1,600 hard-copy EP26 Residents’ Information Booklets, containing the key information residents may need over the festival period.
Booklets will be available when collecting residents’ tickets. We’ll also distribute copies to local shops and businesses throughout Stradbally and surrounding areas, including Ratheniska, Vicarstown and Timahoe, so people who may not be online can access the information too.

🚗 ROAD TRAFFIC PLAN
The official Garda Road Traffic Plan for Electric Picnic 2026 is also available online and contains detailed information on traffic management and restrictions around the festival.

We would encourage residents to save the webpage and hotline number and have a read through the information ahead of the festival weekend.

🎪 ELECTRIC PICNIC 2027 RESIDENTS’ WEEKEND TICKET PRE-SALE 🎪
We’re delighted to announce the exclusive Residents’ Pre-Sale for Electric Picnic 2027 Weekend Tickets.

📋 Registered households will have the opportunity to purchase up to 2 Weekend Tickets per family through this exclusive pre-sale.
📩 Households will receive an email with full details and information on how to access the pre-sale over the next few days.
‼️ Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders too, as emails can sometimes end up there.
☑️ Purchasing EP Weekend tickets will not affect your Day Tickets. Family Weekend Tickets and payment installments will also be available.

A sincere thank you to everyone who attended our Road Traffic Management Plan Briefing at St. Colman's National School this evening.

We really appreciate everyone taking the time to come along, ask questions and engage in the discussion ahead of Electric Picnic 2026.

A special thank you to Inspector John Donohue, Sergeants Mick O'Connell and Karen Sourke from An Garda Síochána, along with Pascal and Ange from Festival Republic, for taking the time to present this evening, answer residents' questions and provide valuable information on the Road Traffic Management Plan.

We'll kick things off with a bus tour of the Electric Picnic site, followed by food, music and plenty of chat.

⏰ FINAL REMINDER – ELECTRIC PICNIC 2026 WEEKEND TICKETS ⏰

A reminder to everyone who was successful in the Weekend Tickets Raffle Draw with Festival Republic that your ticket purchase window closes tomorrow evening (Friday) at 11:59pm.

If you have been selected, please make sure you complete your purchase before the deadline. Unfortunately, any tickets not purchased by the closing time will be forfeited, and no extensions can be given. Please also check your spam.

📢 The Electric Picnic Residents' Committee is delighted to announce that, following ongoing discussions with Festival Republic, we have secured an allocation of 600 full price weekend tickets for Electric Picnic 2026.

As a committee, we listened carefully to the feedback from residents regarding the difficulties many experienced in securing weekend tickets this year. We took those concerns directly to Festival Republic and have continued to work closely with them to improve the process for our community.

Festival Republic will manage the ticket sale directly. An email will be issued to all Stradbally residents who have previously registered their email address with the Electric Picnic Residents' Committee. If you receive this email, please follow the instructions provided to submit your expression of interest.

Successful applicants will be eligible to purchase up to two weekend tickets at full price.

To ensure fairness, all applications will be vetted to confirm a Stradbally address. Please do not forward or share the email, as it is intended only for the registered recipient.
We encourage everyone to keep a close eye on their inbox over the coming days so you don't miss your opportunity.

Finally, we'd like to thank the community for your continued support. Your feedback helped shape these discussions, and we're pleased to have been able to work on your behalf to secure this opportunity.

We would like to invite you and your members to attend an upcoming Electric Picnic Committee Public Meeting.

Location: St. Colman’s National School, Stradbally
Date: 28th April 2026 at 7pm

On the night, representatives from An Garda Síochána will be present to address any queries in relation to:
- Traffic management plans
- Car pass arrangements
- Local access during the festival

An Garda Siochana would like to invite those in areas such as Vicarstown, Timahoe, and Ratheniska, along with Stradbally and surrounding regions.

It’s a great opportunity to stay informed, raise any concerns, and hear directly from those involved in planning and managing the event.
