For one week only avail of classes FREE OF CHARGE to get moving, grooving and seeing if this is the right fit for you.

Join us for Adults Running this Tuesday evening, meeting at the Dam Gates on the Newtown road at 7:00 pm. Have proper comfy running shoes and light layers plus water. Roundwood athletic club welcomes beginners and improvers to try it out

Well done to our Arklow runners!

Well done to the 6 brave athletes representing Roundwood in the 5th and final round of the short league races in Arklow this evening. Under dreadful conditions, all 6 put in a stellar performance. So well done & a huge well done too to Louise Nolan for organising and supporting our athletes for this race.
