Another great AED training session tonight! ❤️⚡

A big well done to the 10 people who took part and are now trained in how to preform CPR and use a defibrillator. Knowing what to do in those first few minutes can truly save a life.

It’s fantastic to see more members of the community gaining the confidence and skills to step in during a cardiac emergency. Every person trained makes our area that little bit safer.

Thank you to everyone who came along and gave up their evening to learn something so important and also a massive thank you to Linda for delivering the training.
