Katie, Annmarie and Barry will be coming together to talk about the services they provide, the benefits of their therapies and, importantly, how their services can support our L***A families.

This is a great opportunity to learn more about the therapies available through our L***A panel, how they can benefit your child/family, and to ask any questions you may have.

The NeuroArt Family Festival Laois is taking place this Saturday, August 22nd from 11am-5pm at An Dún Performance & Events Space in Portlaoise (Laois School of Music), and we can’t wait!

Events like this are so brilliant because they offer a completely inclusive, welcoming environment where our kids can be themselves and explore at their own pace. With dedicated quiet spaces, sensory-friendly storytelling, messy play, costume swaps, and fun outdoor wandering entertainers, it’s designed to be a stress-free, joyful day out for neurodivergent families.

Absolutely delighted to see that New Play Therapy Centre has been granted permission. As a parent-led organisation supporting families across Laois & Offaly, its just fantastic to see more services and supports being developed locally for children & families. 👏🫶

The new play therapy centre will serve young children with additional needs in Portlaoise

A huge thank you to Jean Brady and all her wonderful coaches from Offaly Sports Partnership for facilitating such a fantastic camp in Tullamore again this year! The coaches were absolute stars with the kids, so understanding of all their individual needs and making sure everyone had the best time.

A special thank you as well to Dean Hodge from Offaly County Council for coming along and showcasing his incredible robotics collection, the kids absolutely loved it! 🤖

It was another hugely successful collaborative camp between L***A and OSP, and we are so grateful for the ongoing support in creating such inclusive, fun spaces for our kids. 💙
