📢Ossory Parishes Ltd. has two fantastic Community Employment (CE) positions available at the Piltown GAA Club Complex (Belline, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny).

💼 THE ROLES AVAILABLE:
🌱 1. Grounds / Maintenance Person (Owning Homes)
Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, and edging.Watering flowers and keeping community spaces beautiful.Litter control and general outdoor upkeep.
🧑🍳 2. Kitchen Assistant (Owning Homes)
Prepare and present delicious, cooked meals.
Learn and follow HACCP food safety standards.
Keep the kitchen, appliances, and canteen clean and tidy.
Note: Requires working as part of a team and some weekend work.
⏰ CONTRACT DETAILS:
Hours: 19.5 hours per week.
Contract: Temporary CE contract.
Rates: Paid at standard Community Employment rates.
Location: Piltown GAA Club, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny (E32 VY06).
🛑 WHO CAN APPLY?To qualify for a CE scheme, you generally need to be:21 years old or over (18+ for certain disadvantaged groups).Getting a qualifying Social Welfare payment for 1 year or more.Eligibility must be officially verified by the Department of Social Protection.
