Craigavon Protestant Boys Flute Band offer our unwavering support to Carla Lockhart MP. Carla over the years has received some of the most disgusting attacks from the absolute dregs of society, these have intensified over the past week or so by those who live in the past. Carla is one of the hardest working representatives we know who goes above and beyond for her constituents. She is a strong supporter of our marching band culture and because of that she is continually attacked by sectarian, misogynistic, hate filled bigots. As a band we were proud to have Carla and Rodney as invited guests to our 60th Anniversary dinner on Saturday evening, among friends.

Keep the head up Carla, your work does not go unrecognised, you have our support.

And just like that it's another season finished - the 60th on record for the band, wrapped up in style with a gala anniversary dinner to celebrate 6 decades.

Thanks to everyone that joined us on the journey this year, now its time for a rest to recharge the batteries.

Special thanks to Rj Willsher for the fantastic decorated cake, to Ryan Mercer for the flag stands and to Lucky Loyal Photography for the photographs and also to our friends from Broxburn loyalists for the framed anniversary bass drum head that was presented on the evening.

Attention 🚨 ‼️

Due to inclement weather, we have taken the decision to postpone this evenings family fun day at Edgarstown bonfire site until tomorrow.

However, we still plan on demonstrating our support for our Portadown District brethren who remain on Drumcree Hill due to the abject failure of the PSNI to secure their lawful return home. We call on all those within our community to come out and show their support at Shillington’s bridge at 7pm tonight where guest speakers will provide updates on the current situation.
