Maternal Mental Health Awareness Day is tomorrow, 7th May.

1:5 women can develop mental health difficulties in the perinatal period
Recent research found that 77% experienced feeling quite lonely on becoming a new mother.
Look out for others carrying the 'Let's Connect' badge this maternal mental health day!
