Cormac O Caoimh will be playing at Myrtleville Musiclub on Wednesday, 4th March, 2026 at Crosshaven Rugby Football Club.

Cormac's intimate vocals, magical melodies and exquisite guitar playing has always attracted very favourable appeal to critics (with Mojo, The Irish Times, HotPress, R2, Americana UK, OndaRock in Italy and many more) always quick to point to his unique style as well as comparisons to acts varying from the dreamy pop of The Go Betweens, Badly Drawn Boy, Elliott Smith and Prefab Sprout to the introspective and more folk-oriented Nick Drake, Leonard Cohen and Paul Simon.

Cormac launched his 6th solo album (Where the World Begins) October 2023. His latest and previous were both album of the week on RTE Radio 1 and Marty in the Morning on Lyric FM and many many more. He has had over 15 songs on the RTE Recommends list the past few years reaching over 10 million listeners on Irish radio.

Cormac is currently embarking on a gig a month forever tour. Highlights of the tour so far were sold out gigs at the Cork Folk Festival, Bridge of song and Whelans but equally amazing were the gigs in less traditional venues like An Siopa Milsean Abbeyfeale and West End Art Gallery in Mallow and Fennellys of Callan.
