As the water in the Weerdsluis lock in Utrecht gets warmer, more fish are appearing on the live stream at Clocha Rince Library! Children have been busy spotting fish and ringing the Fish Doorbell to help them continue their journey through the lock.

A fantastic citizen science initiative by the Visdeurbel team, and a wonderful way for children to connect with nature while making a real difference.

What a fantastic afternoon we had today celebrating Cruinniú na nÓg at Clocha Rince Community Library!

A huge thank you to the wonderful Louise Ryan, who delivered an amazing Dream Big Dream Catcher Workshop filled with creativity, colour, positivity and fun. Children explored themes of confidence, kindness and self-expression while designing their own unique dream catchers to take home.

The workshop was a great success, with 20 children attending and enthusiastically embracing the opportunity to get creative, use their imaginations and make something truly special.

A huge thank you to Catherine Jordan .shamanic_space, a former teacher here at Clocha Rince NS, for so generously giving a full day of her time to share the wonderful experience of sound baths with our children.

We truly cannot express how grateful we are. The children absolutely adored every minute of it and were completely engaged throughout the day.

Catherine is incredibly talented, and her warmth, skill, and passion shone through in every session. We miss her dearly, and it was such a joy to welcome her back to our school.

Thank you, Catherine, for creating such a special and memorable experience for our students. 💛

Clocha Rince NS would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone at Edenderry Golf Club for visiting our school and providing such fabulous resources and equipment for the children to enjoy.

A special word of appreciation goes to the excellent young men who helped throughout the session. They were pleasant, polite, patient, and wonderful role models for our pupils, and it was great to see Tiernan, a past pupil, among them. Their enthusiasm and encouragement made the experience even more enjoyable for everyone involved.

The children thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to learn new skills and experience golf in such a fun and engaging way. It was fantastic to see so many smiling faces and eager participants throughout the day.

We would encourage any children who discovered a love of golf through this experience to consider joining Edenderry Golf Club. The club is doing an amazing job in supporting and developing its youth members and is always welcoming new members.

Thank you again to everyone at the club for your generosity, time, and commitment to introducing children to the game of golf. We greatly appreciate your support and look forward to working together again in the future.
