What a wonderful day we had celebrating 50 years of Mallow Meals on Wheels. We were so blessed to have some of the founding members and some family members with us today.

Mallow Meals on Wheels celebrates 50 years, serving the people of Mallow and surrounds this week. Please join us at Mallow Social Services, New Road, this Saturday 27th for a social gathering between 1pm and 5pm. Light refreshments will be served.

We are pleased to announce that we will resuming cooking and deliveries tomorrow, Monday 13/01/25

Unfortunately, due to the continuing adverse weather, Mallow Meals on Wheels will be closed until further notice. We do not make this decision lightly.

We gave all our clients winter care packages with non-perishable essentials before Christmas. We hope that this, and the advanced warning we gave them beforehand will see them through this tough time. We are arranging a delivery of food for one client that is unable to leave their home.

We once again remind everyone to look after their vulnerable neighbours, to keep warm and stay safe.

We regret to announce that due to the current weather conditions, Mallow Meals on Wheels will be unable to make or deliver meals tomorrow, Monday 06/01/25.

We have advised our clients during the weekend that this might be a possibility. If it's safe to do so, please check in on your vulnerable neighbours and make sure they are ok during this cold snap.
