Dates for the diaries - Hello, How Are? events for West Limerick
Hello, How Are You? is a campaign on May 15th about connecting with those around us and engaging in open conversations about mental health. It’s about asking the question, ‘How Are You?’ with meaning, and really listening to the response.
This campaign is built on a simple but powerful idea: that a genuine “Hello, How Are You?” can be the start of meaningful connection, understanding, and support. Sometimes the smallest gestures make the biggest difference.
Join us in any of the following WLR outreach hubs on the following days
• Tuesday 12th May Abbeyfeale in St. Ita’s Community Hall 2pm
• Wednesday 13th Newcastle West in the Market House 11am
• Friday 15th in Askeaton Community Centre, Solar Room, 11am
All are welcome, pop in for a cuppa, a chat and community connection.
Supported by West Limerick Mental Health Association and .
