We are delighted to share that Phase One of Hall improvements works has commenced thanks to the recent funds awarded to us by Cairde Credit Union. The fence seen below has been added around the garden making it a much safer space for children and families who are attending events in the hall. Supervision will still be required but hopefully the garden will be enjoyed by many for years to come.
Phases Two & Three are in the planning stages now, so watch this space!

Here's a date for your calendars, there will be a Coffee Morning & Cake Sale in the Hall on Sunday, April 19th in aid of Solas Cancer Support Centre at 11am. Your support would be greatly appreciated as the Solas Centre provides an amazing service for cancer patients and their families during and after diagnosis and treatment.

Date for your diary, NEXT SUNDAY March 29th at 11am, there will be a Cake Sale held here in St. Brigid's Hall by Kilrossanty N.S Parents Association. As we've seen in the past, these events are always well organised and full of tasty treats and community spirit, so be sure to come along on the day and pick up a nice treat for your Sunday cuppa 😉 There will also be an Easter raffle on the day with loads of lovely prizes & all monies raised will go to support the needs of the children in Kilrossanty NS.

This coming Sunday, kick off the St. Patrick's Day celebrations with some community spirit - homebaked goods, tea & coffee, trad music and a raffle, what more could you want? All in support of the newly founded Kilrossanty Tidy Towns whose aim is to improve the village appearance, show a little bit of pride in our place and highlight the natural beauty of the area.
So be sure to pop into St. Brigid's Hall, Kilrossanty after Mass on Sunday March 15th, bígí linn!

🗓️Just a couple of days to go till our vintage and tractor run in aid of the Astro Turf Project Kilrossanty National School .
Next Sunday from 12 noon the national school and village will be a hive of activity with tractors and vintage vehicles as they gather to embark on a fabulous scenic run around Kilrossanty,Mahon Bridge and Kilmacthomas ! The weather forecast is looking good 😎👌
☕️There will be refreshments served and will be a great chance to catch up with fellow vintage & tractor enthusiasts !sweets and treats for the kids !
🚜There will also be a super drivers draw and supporter s draw on the day!
The committee have been working very hard behind the scenes securing donations and have been blown away with the generosity of local businesses with both monetary donations and Prize donations to make this day a success !
