Walking Group - Starting this Monday 12th January!

As part of the Irish life Every steps challenge Jan 7th-Feb 11th, we have organised a walking group to help people get steps in!

Our walking group is kicking off Monday, 12th January, and everyone is welcome!

🕗 Time: 8:00 – 9:00 p.m.
📍 Meeting Point: The stand at Killeshandra GAA Grounds
🔦 Please bring lights if you have them

A great chance to get moving, enjoy some fresh air, and walk together as a group. See you there!

Next weekend we celebrate 1 year in business and to thank all who used the Sauna and for those who might like to try it out we are doing all sessions at €10 pre person. So come along and celebrate with us.
