Congratulations to our club Chairman Jake o Grady on his recent selection onto the National Board of Directors Foroige , this is amazing news not only for Jake but for our kanturk foroige club here in North Cork , a testament to the incredible work being done by Volunteers leaders and members every week , Jake will along with Cian from Tallaght be the voice of the young people of foroige for the next two years . Well done again Jake super proud of all you have achieved.

What an incredible way to wrap up the youth club year!

​Tonight, some of our fantastic group of young people and our volunteer leaders headed to New Eden for our final club night of the year. There was great food, plenty of laughs, and brilliant company to celebrate a fantastic club year together.

​We want to say a massive thank you to everyone who made this year so special. To our amazing members, thank you for bringing your energy, talent, and laughs every single week.

To our volunteer leaders, thank you for giving up your time, for your dedication, and support to keep the club running so successfully. We couldn't do it without you! 🙌 ( missing from the pic are Niamh & Kevin )

​We want to wish all of our members and leaders a safe, happy, and brilliant summer break. Enjoy the sunshine (fingers crossed! ☀️) and the time off.

Congratulations to our very own club member Jake o Grady on successfully securing a very coveted place in Maynooth University for a week long course on leadership for life . No doubt you will have an amazing and memorable time. Well done Jake you so deserved this as you work so hard and give 💯 every time . As volunteers we are extremely proud of all you recent achievements, and look forward to see what the future holds for you , a very bright one I’m sure .

Here's an oldie that I found the other day.....me just after jumping out of a plane at 10,000 ft as a fundraiser for Kanturk Foroige Club back in 2005!! Wow, how time flys! It was an amazing experience and would def do it again.....Aileen Lehane & Jenifer Nagle 👏👏👏👏

What a busy evening in kanturk foroige youth club , with members buzzing with ideas for our community citizenship project, working off our 9point plan works a dream as always , don’t you just love evenings like this , listening to our amazing young people with such enthusiasm about their community
