Sewing workshops starting on 10th June from 10am to 12 noon, and running for 8 sessions over summer.
A combination of hand sewing, machine sewing and other decorative techniques.
Cost for all 8 workshops is €35 towards materials and tea and coffee.

Over 50 Fitness Class:

We have a new 6 week block starting tomorrow 05th June.

Where & When:
Abbey Hall, 1.30pm Fridays x 6 weeks.

Fee:
€45 paid upfront for 6 weeks.
Or
€12 pay as you go weekly per class.

If you would like to improve your balance, strength, or bone density - come along and give it a try, the class suitable for all levels of fitness.

You need to be a Brandon Belle Member, new members always welcome, just come early to register.

Some of our yoga ladies enjoying practice in the sun yesterday with the lovely Roisin from Chroi Healing.
4 rounds of sun salutations plus a few other stretches had us all sweating but we all came away feeling lovely ☺️

We are lucky to have such wonderful facilities on our doorstep.
