“We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you and everyone at CarePack for the absolutely incredible gifts you sent for our residents.
The CarePacks themselves were truly wonderful, and the handmade cards from the children were especially touching. They brought so many smiles, joy and genuine emotion to our residents – it meant more to them than words can express.
Please find attached a few photos we wanted to share way of showing just how much your generosity was appreciated. These moments of happiness were only possible thanks to your amazing work.
Thank you once again for your collaboration, compassion and for making such a positive impact on the lives of our residents. We were absolutely delighted to work with you and hope to do so again in the future.

“We would like to express our deepest and most heartfelt thanks for the carepacks so generously provided to the residents of Haywood Lodge.

The carepacks meant far more than the items inside them. They were a powerful reminder to our residents that they are remembered, valued, and cared for beyond the walls of our Haywood . Many residents were genuinely moved by the kindness behind this gesture, and it brought comfort, warmth, and a sense of connection that is difficult to put into words.

For some of our residents, this simple act of generosity brightened their day and lifted their spirits in a very meaningful way. There were smiles, moments of quiet gratitude, and heartfelt conversations sparked by the knowledge that someone had taken the time to think of them. These moments are incredibly precious, and they made a real difference to the emotional wellbeing of those who received them.

Your compassion and thoughtfulness also meant a great deal to our staff, who witness daily how important such gestures are to the people we care for. It was truly touching to see the positive impact your kindness had across our community.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity, care, and genuine compassion. Your thoughtfulness has left a lasting impression on everyone at Haywood Lodge, and we are sincerely grateful.

Thank you for making carepack2025 amazing for residents in carehomes and nursing homes around the country and in Northern Ireland.

Over 27,000 carepacks and more than 24,000 cards and artwork were sent to residents this year. The impact of which we can never truly measure, kindness has the ability to reach far and wide and do things we could never dream of.

Thank you to anyone who helped in any way.

“On behalf of the service users here in Haven House I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone involved in care packs. The parcels were received with so much thought put in and the cards were so much appreciated by service users who otherwise may not have received anything this Christmas. Thank you for your hard work and dedication and to all of the volunteers involved.
I have also received some personal contacts of senders that I will return a personal thank you too. Unfortunately I don’t have any photos to share and words are hard to find to express the gratitude and the emotions that these gifts provide, so a massive THANK YOU again.

“I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the CarePack initiative and to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who put together such beautiful and thoughtful gifts.

We were truly amazed by the large number of CarePacks received and by the care and generosity that went into each one. The gifts were delivered by Santa during our Christmas Party, and the happiness it brought to our residents was wonderful to see.

This initiative means so much, especially for residents who have little or no family or friends nearby to visit them. It is incredibly important for them to feel remembered and cared for. The joy on their faces was truly special, and thanks to the kindness of so many volunteers, we were able to share genuine Christmas joy with them.

On behalf of the Mullinahinch team and our residents, thank you all. We are very grateful and wish you a happy holiday season and a peaceful year ahead. 🎉 ❤”
