Meanwhile, for long-term workers from other backgrounds?
The Government suddenly acts like their hands are tied. They pretend that designing structured, economic pathways to regularise people is "too complex" or "impossible."
This official announcement completely destroys their own excuses. The Department of Justice does not lack the legal mechanisms, the administrative space, or the legislative power to grant Stamp 4 permissions—they simply choose who gets security and who gets left in the dark.
