🎉 THEY DID IT! 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️

Dan and Jack have rolled into Sandymount, completing their Coast 2 Coast 4 CRITICAL challenge. Salthill to Sandymount, 243 km in a single day. What an effort. 👏

From the west coast to the east in one go, all to raise funds for CRITICAL and CRITICAL CFR Deansgrange. Every kilometre they rode helps put trained volunteer responders on the ground in those first vital minutes of an emergency.

We are so proud of these two. A massive well done to Dan and Jack. 💚

There’s still time to back them and push the total higher. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference.

Dan and Jack have racked up around 140 km since leaving Salthill this morning, and they’re now in Mullingar for a well-earned breather.

Just about 85 km to go to the finish line in Sandymount. The hardest miles are behind them, but there’s still a good stretch of road ahead.

Keep the support coming. Every donation, big or small, spurs them on. 💚

🚴‍♂️ They’re on the road! 🚴‍♂️

Dan and Jack have just left Salthill, Galway and are heading for Sandymount, Dublin as part of their Coast 2 Coast 4 CRITICAL challenge.

They’re cycling coast to coast to raise funds for CRITICAL and CRITICAL CFR Deansgrange. Through their work and volunteering in pre-hospital care, they’ve both seen how much those first few minutes of an emergency really matter. 🚑

The money they raise helps support Deansgrange CFR and CRITICAL’s wider network of volunteer responders providing life-saving care in communities right across Ireland.

Please get behind them. Every donation, big or small, makes a real difference. 💚

Go on Dan and Jack, we’re all cheering you on! 🙌

🚑❤️ What a brilliant evening celebrating 10 years of Shankill & Ballybrack CFR!

Huge congratulations on a decade of community first response. It was great to share in the celebrations and mark everything you’ve achieved for the local community.

A special thank you from all of us in Critical CFR Deansgrange. When we were just starting out, finding our feet and getting to grips with training, Shankill & Ballybrack were there every step of the way. Your support was instrumental in helping us get established and we’re incredibly grateful.

Our own superstars Stanley and Kieran were delighted to attend and represent Deansgrange on the night. 🌟

Here’s to the next 10 years of saving lives and building stronger, safer communities together. 👏

A huge thank you to Shankill/Ballybrack Community First Responders for hosting a fantastic evening of training tonight, with over 60 first responders coming together from across the area. The scenarios and workstations were brilliantly run and gave everyone real hands-on practice across a range of situations, building the skills and confidence that make all the difference when a real call comes in.

Thank you also to our colleagues in the National Ambulance Service, the Coast Guard and An Garda Síochána for giving their time and expertise. Evenings like this show just how much stronger we are when we train together and get to know the people we work alongside on the ground.

A special thank you to our coordinator Adam for bringing his expertise and the ambulance. Having that hands-on realism made the training all the more valuable.

It was also great to catch up with the teams from Bray, Dalkey, Enniskerry, Newcastle and Kilcoole. Nights like these remind us what a brilliant community of responders we have across the area, all giving our time to be there for our neighbours when they need us most.
