Tallaght Rehabilitation Project & Tallaght Wide Aftercare Services (TRP) Tallaght wide aftercare is a dedicated service to support people in their ongoing recovery from addiction and provides a continuum of care.

The Aftercare is a relaxed person centred service that seeks to support and consolidate individuals post rehabilitation. The service maintains a continuum of care and is designed to meet the needs of those who access it to enable them to reintegrate back into the community in a way that maximizes individual supports and resources. We believe as a team that this is a supportive and nurturing settin

g for people who have engaged in rehab. An Aftercare service is vital to personal achievement. If you feel you fit our criteria and would like to attend our Aftercare service please do not hesitate to contact a member of our Aftercare team.
