Navigating treatment services can be difficult. If you have a concern about yourself or someone in your life, you can contact the Helpline (on 1800 459 459 or [email protected], Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm). If you tell us the substance(s) being used and the general location (we don't need an address) we can give you information on free one to one support options. When you speak with a support worker within a drug/alcohol support service, you can discuss whats happening and look at suitable treatment.
