A one day regatta and BBQ in memory of Johnny Devitt

Places are still available at the 2025 Johnny Devitt Regatta at Malahide Yacht Club on Saturday May 10th. This unique event sees sailors compete in Heats, Semis & Finals, in donated Laser Radial (ILCA 6) dinghies. It's a great chance to reconnect with sailors from the 1980s and 1990s, and also to remember those we grew up with, like Johnny and others, that are sadly no longer with us today.

Racing event is followed by a BBQ & Prize-giving at Lower MYC.

All boats and gear provided. Sailing levels very variable!

Great News! The Johnny Devitt Regatta 2025 is now open for entry! Book your place today for this epic event, that brings Irish sailors past and present together for a knock-out competition sailed in ILCA 6 (Laser Radials). All boats and gear provided. Entry includes lunch and BBQ at Malahide Yacht Club. Takes place Saturday 10th May, at Malahide yacht Club (Broadmeadows). See website for details and entry.
