NTA Announces Consultation on Bus Services for Clonburris Area
The National Transport Authority (NTA) has today launched a public consultation on proposed new and enhanced bus services to support the growing communities of Clonburris.

With plans for up to 9,500 new homes and a projected population of approximately 23,000 people, Clonburris is one of the fastest-growing areas in the country. These proposals are designed to complement the BusConnects Network Redesign while ensuring that public transport provision keeps pace with development in the area.

Public feedback is a key part of this process. The NTA is encouraging residents, commuters and stakeholders to review the proposals and share their views to help shape the final design of services to meet the needs of the community.

To access the Consultation and for more information please visit: https://buff.ly/0wcNQSb

The consultation will run until 5pm on 21st August.

📢 Traffic Management Update – Ballymount Civic Amenity

South Dublin County Council wishes to advise the public that a new road layout will be introduced at Ballymount Civic Amenity and Baling Station from the 7th July to help improve traffic flow at the facility.

✅ Customers using the Civic Amenity should use the far-left lane when entering the site.

🚛 To help maintain smooth traffic flow, the centre lane is reserved for vehicles accessing the Baling Station.

🚫 As part of the revised traffic layout, parking on the entrance road will no longer be permitted.

We thank customers for their cooperation and encourage all visitors to follow the new signage and traffic management arrangements to ensure safe and efficient access for all users.
