We are so saddened to hear of two young lives in our community lost tragically last night. Our thoughts are with their families, the young man recovering, and all the emergency and volunteer personnel on scene yesterday. There is a Vigil at 4pm in St.Marys Oratory to show support for the families and sorrow at two young lives taken too soon ❤️
This morning our hearts are broken at the loss of two beautiful children in such tragic circumstances, on what should have been just another sunny carefree day. Here at The Exchange, we were lucky enough to know these boys and their families well. As we support them now in their darkest hour, we ask you to keep them in your prayers, and also the emergency services who tried so hard to save and recover them, as well as the local boat owners who joined in the search. We send love and prayers to their friend who is still in hospital and coming to terms with the loss of his two friends. May the boys rest in peace, and their families find the strength to face each day ahead.
