Join Instructor Sarah McGroddy for a gentle and relaxing Baby Reflexology course at The Hub, Creeslough.

Looking for a fun way to keep your little ones active, happy, and full of energy?

Introducing Mini Movers, a fun-filled movement class for children aged 4 years and up!

Every session includes:
~Fun warm-ups
~Light, child-friendly exercises
~Imaginative themed games
~Teamwork and social skills
~Confidence-building and friendships
~Balance, strength and coordination
~Upbeat music to move to
~ Stretching and cool-down time

Men on the Move is BACK in Creeslough!

Join our FREE 10-week physical activity programme, designed to help men get moving, improve their fitness and build confidence in a friendly, supportive environment.
