It's going to be a great weekend

We are delighted to welcome the Midlands Mink Eradication Programme to the NARGC Tent at Esker this weekend.

This is a fantastic conservation project focused on eradicating the invasive American Mink and helping to protect vulnerable ground-nesting birds and native wildlife.

The lads will be on hand over the weekend to answer questions, offer advice and explain the important work being carried out.

Make sure to call into the NARGC Tent and have a chat.

The Cork Federation held their 2026 AGM yesterday evening , where you can see a great turn out by our Cork County clubs delegates.

On the night we heard a report from each sub committee with great detail, just showing the wonderful work that's been ongoing throughout the year and reassures everyone that the Federation is in good hands. We thank ye or your work.

After the chairman and Secretary's report we got down to business for the election of new officers and newly elected executive members. We wish them the very best of luck going forward and we thank those who time has finished and the tremendous work they have done. We really do appreciate it .

We had our winner for the under 21s Vermin count Jimmy O Sullivan that received more traps and trail cams to continue his great work . Well done and thanks to TW Murray & Co. Ltd. Cork for supplying them .

The night finished up with our wonderful Raffle where irish_shooting_sports_ie gifted us with prizes that will be used by the winners in the upcoming season ahead. Thanks for the continued support 🙌.

The Federation appreciates everyone's help that makes all this happen from start to finish.

Its a true saying

Support local and the local will support you.
