We were delighted to meet with CEO of Childhood Cancer Ireland, Laura Cullinan, yesterday to present a donation of €1,000 in support of their Go Gold September Awareness Campaign. 🎗️

Laura shared the wonderful news that this donation will go towards funding Play Therapy Sessions for Children, helping support children and families affected by childhood cancer. 💛

A sincere thank you to Laura and everyone at Childhood Cancer Ireland for the incredible work you do supporting children and their families when they need it most.

We are delighted to attend the St Lukes Charity & Home Cork Charity Lunch in Maryborough Hotel & Spa today! 🦁

St Luke’s provide such vital care and support for people living with dementia, making a real difference to individuals and their families. We’re also delighted to see Donal Linehan taking to the stage as this year’s keynote speaker.

Today, Carrigaline & District Lions Club proudly recognises World Mental Health Day and the importance of looking after our mental health and supporting those around us.

As a club, we are proud to encourage engagement, build lasting friendships and create an environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking their mind and being themselves. 🤝 🦁

Remember, you are never alone. There is always someone around who is willing to listen, offer support or simply have a chat when you need it most. Sometimes, just talking to someone can make all the difference.

Today, we encourage everyone to take a moment to check in on family, friends, colleagues and those in our community. A simple “How are you doing?” can mean more than you realise. 💚
