Cork City Partnership SICAP in collaboration with Cork City Council , HSE Ireland , Health Action Zone, NICHE Health Project Cork , Healthy Ireland and Churchfield Community Trust-Workshop is organising a Community Health Day in Parochial Hall on Tuesday 1st September from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
Health and blood pressure checks, taster sessions of Tai Chi, acupuncture and massage, information stands and lots more

🏌️‍♂️ Marking Men’s Health Week on the Green!
⛳​This morning, the crew from Hollyhill Knocknaheeny Men's Shed headed over to Bishopstown Pitch & Putt for a fantastic day out in the fresh air.
🏌🏼‍♀️​Men’s Health Week is all about looking after ourselves, staying active, and most importantly keeping connected. There’s no better way to do that than with a bit of friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and great company.
👉🏼​Check out the lads looking sharp and ready for action and catching some of the action on the green

We were delighted to attend the Dementia Information Day organised by the Alzheimer's Society of Ireland in Vienna Woods.

It was great to meet community members, learn about prevention and living with dementia and MOST importantly to sing our hearts out with Singing for the Brain - we all went home with tunes from our childhoods stuck in our heads 😌

Our new Community Health Worker Aleesha represented us to share a bit about our services 😁
