Huge thanks to Nuala and Helen for introducing us to the practice of QiGong and Chinese medicine today as part of our Bealtaine Festival programme.

Everyone certainly came away a little bouncier afterwards. An absolutely delightful and refreshing way to spend a morning.

Art galleries can sometimes feel intimidating when you go alone. One thing we often hear from members is how much easier and enjoyable cultural spaces become when shared with others 😍

Midway through our Bealtaine Festival calendar and we have had some great fun already. This was a wonderful afternoon on Wednesday last thanks to Rory at Cork County Council Library & Arts Service

Our Bealtaine Festival workshop Are you up for a laugh? with ARTETEKA in the The Glen Resource & Sports Centre last Monday was so much fun. Laughter yoga, games, and creative drawing opened up space for play and connection.

We explored stress through mark-making, then reworked our drawings to shift perspective.

Working together, we built collaborative images shaped by conversation and humour
A reminder that how we see things can change.
