Gaulmoylestown AC Carp Match Ireland

18/10/2026

We had a little fun today after a cold night. 0.5 degrees. But the fishing was ok. Lovely days fishing. I missed the Keepnet twice which cost me second place, slippery fish. Pat Bartley won by a lot. He should have had closer to 200lb but went over in one net. Still won though. A good day was had by all. Result sheet to follow.

Well another fine day at gaulmoylestown lake. If not a bit wet in the morning. But still a cracking days fishing. I actually had fun catching like mad then looking for a bit. While listening to the lad next door trashing you (me). Well done top lads. Some very good weights. The weight sheet got a bit messy this week 🤷🏻‍♂️ will post it now.

Hi all. Just a heads up. The lake was broken into last night. The shed was smashed open. My pole hold-all and generator amongst lots of other stuff. CCTV is with the guards now ( sounds promising). Seems we’re not the only ones hit. If anyone gets offered a small red Hondagenerator you know where it came from. Also my fishing gear
That’s the real bummer. Sentiment.
