The research will help to inform conservation priorities, influence the collection of citizen science data, and help to identify the most effective flagship species to engage the public in biodiversity conservation. The project is based on an online test, available at www.unveiling.eu, which has already collected nearly 20.000 responses and is producing promising results. The test is now accessible in English, German, Spanish, French, Polish, Italian, and Dutch, allowing participation from a broad European audience.
