At Meals on Wheels, we are constantly reminded of the incredible generosity that exists within our community.

A heartfelt thank you to Ross Minihane and the crew of Ocean Venture ll for their outstanding donation of fresh fish to our service. This generous contribution will help us provide delicious, nutritious meals to those who rely on us, while also bringing people together through the spirit of care and support that makes our community so special.

Acts of kindness like this show what can be achieved when local people and businesses come together to look after one another. We are deeply grateful for your support and for helping us continue our work in the community.

Today marks Ellen’s final day as chef with Meals on Wheels after 10 years of dedicated service.

Throughout those years, her hard work, kindness, and commitment have made a lasting difference to so many people. Ellen will be greatly missed by all the staff, the drivers, volunteers and especially the many older people whose lives she has touched through her care and wonderful meals.

We are deeply grateful for everything she has contributed over the years and thank her sincerely for her dedication and support. We wish her every happiness and success in the future.
