In Sync Youth Information Service provide a free, confidential information service to young people 15 to 25 years of age and those who work with them. The Youth Information Service is non-judgemental and free from discrimination. It operates a one stop shop approach where all the information is available under the one roof. We also support parents/guardians seeking information and support for youn

The centre operates under the National Youth Information guidelines, and offers a unique approach to youth information in that the information team strive to animate the information through the development of programme work.

🎉We were delighted to recently welcome 10 fellow Eurodesk Multipliers from France, Belgium and Switzerland to In Sync Youth Information Service for a study visit, alongside Eurodesk Ireland National Coordinator Malgorzata Fiedot-Davies

The visit included a tour of our premises, a lovely lunch together, an overview of our youth information services, and a showcase of our European activities including Is Europe for You? exploring the barriers that can prevent young Irish people from engaging in European opportunities such as ESC Volunteering https://youth.europa.eu/media/

🌍Our guests also took part in our interactive “European U” workshop and mock polling station activity. Participants explored key EU & Global Sustainable Development priorities, discussed the issues in their experience matter most to young people and cast their votes in a mock European election

Once all votes were counted, the winning priority announced was Quality Education. Highlighting the importance young people place on inclusive learning opportunities and access to education for all

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and shared ideas, experiences and perspectives on youth participation, democracy and European opportunities for young people 😀

This year is extra special as ERYICA (European Youth Information and Counselling Agency) marks its 40th Anniversary 🎂🎈

Since 1986, ERYICA has been dedicated to ensuring young people have access to reliable, inclusive, and youth-friendly information
This milestone is more than a celebration. It’s a moment to reflect on the journey so far, recognise the impact being made today, and look ahead to the future of youth information.
Throughout 2026, we’ll be celebrating ERYICA’s 40th year by honouring the past, embracing the present, and highlighting the vital role of youth information in shaping opportunities for young people
