In Sync Youth Information Service provide a free, confidential information service to young people 15 to 25 years of age and those who work with them. The Youth Information Service is non-judgemental and free from discrimination. It operates a one stop shop approach where all the information is available under the one roof. We also support parents/guardians seeking information and support for youn

The centre operates under the National Youth Information guidelines, and offers a unique approach to youth information in that the information team strive to animate the information through the development of programme work.

A supportive space for parents to grow in confidence, better understand themselves, and connect with others. 🌱

The group will explore how our early experiences can affect how we manage stress, connect with others, and connect with ourselves.

🌍 Today, 15 July, we celebrate World Youth Skills Day! 🎉
📚 This day recognises the importance of ensuring young people have opportunities to develop the skills they need for learning, work and life.
🤝 This year's theme, "Skills for a Shared Future," reminds us that building a better future depends on young people being supported to develop their knowledge, confidence and practical skills.

💙 At In Sync Youth Information Service, we support young people through information, guidance, mentoring, employability supports and Driver Theory Test mentoring, helping them build the skills they need for education, employment and everyday life.
📝 In Sync also use the NYCI Skills Summary with young people who participate in our activities. The Skills Summary helps them recognise and reflect on the skills they have developed through youth work, including 💬 communication, 🤝 teamwork, 💡 problem-solving and ⭐ leadership, while providing a valuable record to support college, training and employment applications.
🌟 Every skill developed today helps shape tomorrow's opportunities.

🎉 Congratulations to the young people from two of Naas Youth Project's youth groups who were among the prize winners in our European Youth Week Quiz!
The online quiz challenged young people to test their knowledge of Europe, European culture, history, and the many opportunities available to young people across Europe.
It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm, teamwork, and engagement from everyone who took part.

A huge well done to all participants, and especially to our prize winners! 👏🏆

A special thank you to Eurodesk for providing funding for the prizes and supporting young people's engagement with European Youth Week activities.
