The committee from Kielduff Community Centre presented a cheque to Mike O’Sullivan towards the road to recovery fund following his recent spinal injury. Donations were contributed at our Kielduff St Patrick’s Day Parade. We wish Mike a speedy recovery and best wishes to him, his wife Martina, their children and all their family.

Dear Kielduff community.
I am launching a beautifull new 5-weeks course ad Kielduff Community Centre startting this Thursday, May 21st at 7.30PM, called ILLUMINATING THE INNER SUN- SUMER SOLSTICE HATHA YOGA.
We'll be preparing our bodies and minds for the coming Summer Solstice.

Week 1- IGNITING THE SPARK- igniting inner fire, core stability and setting personal intention for the Summer Solstice.
Week 2- CULTIVATING VITALITY- empowering trough Sun Salutations movement and energising breathing. Activating energy channels
Week 3- FINDING YOUR POWER CENTER- activating Solar Plexus Chakra
Week 4- EXPANSION AND RADIANCE- manifesting intentions and heart oppening practice
Week 5- THE SOLSTICE CELEBRATION - ritauals, fluid yoga and deep yoga Nidra.
