Frugal Friends Frugal outreach and in house workshops are facilitated by a team of experienced tutors who believe in experiential inclusive learning

We encourage the exploration of frugal living through shared activities and experiential workshops . We define Frugal living as using what we have , to do what we need, by using back to basics skills, to help us save money. We facilitate people who wish to explore how to live comfortably within their budget. Some choose to grow their own food and to utilise the produce through cookery, we also e

xplore how to create non chemical homemade cleaning, beauty and self care products. Workshops are experiential and fun and all are welcome. we deliver pop up workshops to various community groups in various locations our permanent base for visiting groups is The Creative Cabin Dualla
