2) Promoting innovation, cooperation and collabo
ration between community groups and social entrepreneurs for the purpose of developing the social, economic, cultural and personal (physical, mental, emotional) wellbeing of the community. The core values of The Exchange are:

Wellbeing
Since The Exchange was established, it has become a centre of innovation and creativity, giving rise to community initiatives such as the annual Community Christmas Dinner, the Anti-Bullying Art Exhibition, the Christmas Tree Festival as the continued success of Feel Good Fortnight. The centre has also provided incubator space for new businesses and support for a wide range of community groups and projects through high quality, low cost facilities. It is currently the home to the Music Box and Insight Inishowen as well as the home base for Buncrana Foroige Clubs, Weight Watchers, Candy Sticks (Musical Theatre classes), DLDC Resettlement Programme, Inishowen Mindfulness Centre, Wild Inishowen, the 5G action group and more.
