Why create and use a journal designed around you?
It’s available online, but your journal is created privately on your own device. You choose the areas you want to focus on, and those choices shape questions intended to support your agency and helpful beliefs.
Why does that matter?
Because attention influences what we notice. Think about buying a new car: once you have a particular model in mind, you suddenly see it everywhere. The cars were already there—your attention changed.
A tailored journal directs your attention towards progress, builds anticipation that change is possible and strengthens agency: the belief that your actions can make a difference.
As the simplified neuroscience phrase says, “neurons that fire together wire together.” Repeated patterns of attention, thought and action can become easier to access over time.
It isn’t magic. It’s a five-minute daily cue to notice what is working, anticipate what could improve and decide what you can do next.
