Well done to the organisers of the Makeyourmarkoncancer on Cancer charity walk today, another fantastic turnout for an incredible cause.

Huge congratulations to everyone who powered through the 22km in the heat, your heart and determination shone through every step.

To top off a lovely morning, we finished with a gorgeous meal in Copper Grove, the perfect chance to relax, unwind, and enjoy great company. A beautiful end to a meaningful day.

🌈 Loads of fun at the Colour Run this morning. 😍

We got some before and after photos with the youths. 🌈

Fiona and Anthony didn’t escape this year, they were absolutely pelted. Meanwhile, Katie Jean and Philomena survived by barricading themselves into the ambulance🚑. Fair play to them, tactical queens 👸.

Also great to have a catch up with Garda Frances, who our youths had great fun with.

Well done to the organisers of the John Hayes Memorial 5km, an incredible €6,614.50 raised for Cancer Connect.

A massive congratulations to everyone who took part.

It was a wonderful, beautifully organised event in memory of a truly wonderful gentleman, John Hayes.

We had a lovely Saturday morning with our Teddy Bears group. They took on trust games, one person blindfolded while the others guided them through an obstacle course and the younger crew showed brilliant teamwork.

We also learned what to do (and what not to do) when treating burns. A great morning all round.

We also helped Philomena prep for her EFR exam, and the whole group picked up new skills. A lovely, lively evening all round.
