Abbeyleix, you outdid yourselves!
From stilt walkers and clowns to fire performers, face painting, local craft makers, artisan food stalls, school choirs, bands and our wonderful church choir-yesterday's Christmas Market was truly a celebration of our community.

A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer and local business who helped make the past few months of planning such a success. We couldn't have done it without you. 💕🎄💕

🚗✨ Important Notice for Tomorrow’s Abbeyleix Christmas Market

Tomorrow is our Abbeyleix Christmas Market, and we’re so excited to welcome everyone! 🎄💛

We kindly ask all residents and visitors not to park on the Market Square road (the main market area) from Saturday 8:00am until Saturday 8pm.
Any cars parked there cannot be moved until after 8pm.

We also need this space for our stallholders and to keep the area safe for everyone attending.

Thank you so much for your cooperation. We really appreciate the community support in helping the market run smoothly. ✨
