ew Year’s Eve – December 31st ✨
If you’re wondering what I was doing on New Year’s Eve,
this is what I was doing.
A friend of mine alerted me about a stray mother dog with six puppies.
I couldn’t ignore her message.
That evening I was already out feeding street dogs,
so I went to check on them.
And what I found broke my heart.
The fireworks were extremely loud.
The mother was running back and forth in panic,
while her six puppies were scattered across a parking lot,
terrified and completely helpless.
And I simply couldn’t walk away.
I immediately contacted one of my trusted veterinarians,
who came right away.
Together, we brought the mother and her puppies
to safety and into a veterinary clinic. 🐶🐾
I rescue street dogs because I cannot ignore suffering.
But rescuing also means daily responsibilities:
veterinary care, medicine, food, and bills.
When the dogs are many, I can’t do it alone.
