His past experiences in Business Development enabled him to design, build, and run both business’ Strategic Planning and Operational Excellence.

Long before co-founding Ariady Associates in 2013, Ariady spent 12 years in banking industry in Surabaya and Jakarta, from chairing as a GCIB & GCB Business Development Executive Head in Citibank, Consumer Loan Head in Citibank, and he later completed his banking career as Assistant Vice President of Consumer Banking Business.
