🚩 A LEADER WHO FEARS HIS TEAM BECOMING SMARTER & MORE SUCCESSFUL? THAT’S NOT LEADERSHIP. THAT’S EGO.
Dangerous leaders do not always bring their teams down openly. ⚠️
Sometimes, they deliberately allow their partners to remain underdeveloped because they are afraid those people will become smarter, more successful, or even surpass them.
Even more dangerously, underdeveloped members can be used to maintain a leader’s position, influence, and personal interests. 🎭
Some even deliberately withhold information, announcements, education, and learning opportunities from other leaders or the company, simply to keep their partners uninformed and easier to control.
Some even go as far as preventing their partners from attending meetings or learning from other sources.
❌ A great leader is not arrogant.
❌ A great leader is not constantly afraid of losing their position.
❌ And a great leader does not pressure, restrict, or prevent their partners from learning and growing.
🔥 GREAT LEADERSHIP IS REVEALED THROUGH HUMILITY.
They do not constantly think:
❌ “How can I keep them dependent on me?”
❌ “How can I make sure I remain the best?”
Instead, they think:
👉 “How can I help them become far greater, more independent, and one day capable of surpassing me?”
WHEN ALL YOUR PARTNERS RISE TO A HIGHER LEVEL, YOU WILL RISE WITH THEM.
Not only in MONEY 💰, but also in:
🤝 TRUST
🧠 WISDOM
❤️ RESPECT
🙏 REWARD
🏆 LEGACY
So, do not be afraid to build people who may one day surpass you.
Because when they rise, your name rises with them.
When they grow, your leadership grows with them. 🌱🚀
🔥 DON’T BUILD FOLLOWERS WHO WILL ALWAYS DEPEND ON YOU.
BUILD LEADERS WHO WILL ONE DAY BE CAPABLE OF SURPASSING YOU — AND STANDING INDEPENDENTLY WITHOUT HAVING TO DEPEND ON YOU.
That is the legacy of a true leader. 🏆🔥
