There are problem for implementation of Sustainable Development, mostly because the grand design of 3 aspects Economic, Environment, Social still focuses on Top-Down way of thinking, since Globally should do a comprehensive approach but that did not happen that way, this Globally comes from Top-Down approach. The comprehensive approach should be done by doing local/domestic app
roach, collecting data from each area/country, formulating from bottom to up. We at LIKPD use this approach by saying as "Think Locally, Act Locally, Impact Globally" by exploring and accommodating PCLC (Potential Characteristics and Local Conditions) of local/domestic environment. Then how we manifest it into Policy Formulating Interpretation for each area/field/program/activities based on Innovative Sustainable Development. Each area has it's own unique potency, and how the government and society maximize this potency through Innovation, Research of Technology and Public Policy so the outcome also became Sustainable it self. Sustainable Development should not mean to reduce the capability of present generations to growth, but to maximize potency and to invent new potency on local area/domestic so that future generations may also meet their needs.
