Kedves Nagymester és László,
Először is gratuláljak egy kiválóan szervezett programhoz, mind az Információn, mind a Lovagi Farmon. Rendkívül élvezetes volt, és ha szabad mondanom, példaként szolgált arra, hogyan kell ilyen eseményeket megtervezni és szervezni. Gratulálok neked, Laszlónak, és persze Alexnek. Nagyszerű csapatmunka és példa mindannyiunknak.
A delegációnk minden tagja nevében szólok, amikor elmondom, mennyire értékeljük vendégszeretetét, nagymester. Többször jártam már hazádban, és mindig csodálatos magyar nagylelkűséget tapasztaltam. Azonban semmi sem múlt felül múlt hétvégi élményünket. Az Információ a rend elismerése volt, és a farmon szerzett tapasztalat leírhatatlan. Köszönöm!
Nagymester, hazatérés óta tájékoztattam a Nagypriorinkat, Dr. Silvia Edwards asszonyt. Örömmel hallotta, hogy a hétvégéjük hatalmas sikere volt, és megkért, hogy személyes gratulációját küldjem Önnek és csapatának, különösen Laszlónak és Alexnek. Dame Silvia csak azért sajnálja, mert a Grand Prior-ra való átlépése előtt tett ígéretek lehetetlenné tették, hogy részt vegyen önnel az idei beiktatáson. Nagy reményeket fűz hozzá, hogy építhetünk a közelmúltbeli együttműködésünkre, és a közeljövőben személyesen is felveszi veled a kapcsolatot. Nagyon szeretne meglátogatni önt Magyarországon, és elfogadtam a javaslatodat, hogy esetleg csatlakozna Önhöz az 2026 októberi beavatáson. Szívesen meghívja önt az Egyesült Királyságba is.
Írásban meg kell mondanom, mennyire lenyűgözte a volt Grand Priorunk (Stuart) és az emeritus Grand Prior (Simon) is az egész hétvégén. Ez egy olyan esemény volt, amelyet mindenki élvezett. Hálásak vagyunk neked, hogy egy részletes részvételi bizonyítvánnyal áldott meg minket, amely emlékezetes emlékeztető, és sok falat díszít otthonainkban.
Személyesebb szempontból igazi öröm volt veled dolgozni, László, és Alexszel is. Megtiszteltetés volt találkozni Önnel, Tamas (ha megengedhetem, hogy keresztény nevén szólítsam), mint nagymesteri minőségedben. Sokat tanulhatunk tőletek, és együtt a különböző Szent György-rendek kétségtelenül még nagyobb erőt jelenthetnek a jó szolgálatban a testvéri együttműködés révén. Nagyon várom, hogy a jövőben mindannyiótokkal együtt dolgozhassak, ahogy a brit Szent György Rendjének testvérei és nővéreim is. Nagyon kegyes volt, hogy megadta nekem a Rend tagsági jelvényét és a korsót, amelyeket mindkettőt becsben fogok tartani.

Dear Grand Master and Laszlo,
Firstly, I must congratulate you on a superbly organised programme, both at the Investiture and then at the Knightly Farm. It was hugely enjoyable and, if I may say so, a model example of how such events should be planned and managed. Congratulations in particular to you, Laszlo, and of course, Alex. A great team effort and an example to us all.
I speak on behalf of all those in our delegation when I say how much we appreciated your hospitality, Grand Master. I have visited your country many times and always experienced wonderful Hungarian generosity. However, nothing ever surpassed our experience last weekend. The Investiture was a credit to your Order and the experience at the farm defies adequate description. Thank you!
Grand Master, I have briefed our Grand Prior, Dame Dr. Silvia Edwards, since returning home. She was delighted to hear of the overwhelming success of your celebration weekend and has asked me to send her personal congratulations to you and your team, particularly to Laszlo and Alex. Dame Silvia is only sorry that commitments made before her elevation to Grand Prior made it impossible to join you for this year’s Investiture. She has high hopes that we can build on our recent collaboration and will be in touch with you personally in the near future. She would very much like to visit you in Hungary and I have passed on your suggestion that she might like to join you for your Investiture in October 2026. She is keen to extend an invitation for you to also visit the United Kingdom.
In writing, I should say how much our former Grand Prior (Stuart) and Emeritus Grand Prior (Simon) were also impressed by the entire weekend. It was an event enjoyed by all. We are grateful to you for blessing us with an elaborate Certificate of Attendance, a memorable reminder which will adorn many a wall in our respective homes.
On a more personal note, it has been a real pleasure for me to work with you, Laszlo, and also with Alex. I was also honoured to meet you, Tamas (if I may address by your Christian name), in your capacity as Grand Master. We have much to learn from you and together the various Orders of St. George can undoubtedly be an even greater force for good through fraternal collaboration. I very much look forward to working with all of you in the future, as do my brothers and sisters in the UK Order of St. George. It was most gracious of you to provide me with your Order’s Membership badge and also the tankard, both of which I shall treasure.
