The Process of Communicating Knowing

I can help to make the work experience enjoyable and fun.Flip the coin. Head or tail, back or front, What is knowledge in organizational setting?
2.

The focus of organizational study, the examination of how individuals construct organizational structures, processes, and practices and how change happens in social relations should gradually shift towards the small enterprise, the new generation of organizations. At present organizational setting is different in size, practices, goals, and ambiance. Therefore searching for the theoretical answers can only lead to finding out where our thinking is going wrong. Systematic collection of expectations which drive us confronted with field realities could bring real-time information and provide results which could aid the development of new, sustainable ways of doing business, sharing the market, accepting responsibilities, serving the community generating positive social and environmental outcomes. Knowledge undoubtedly connects people in specific historically and culturally understood settings. To seek answers to how sense-making happens in first generation organizations three questions require operationalizing:
1. What purpose does knowledge serve in organizational setting?
3. Whom is knowledge for?
