From 18–25 April, the Hungarian team participated in the “Digital Entrepreneurship” Training Course in Düzce, Türkiye 🇹🇷

During the week, they focused on how to turn ideas into practical projects in the digital world. Through workshops and group work, they explored simple tools, basic business thinking, and the first steps of building something from scratch.

Working in international teams gave them the chance to exchange different perspectives and approaches. The feedback we received from others helped them rethink their ideas and improve them step by step.

The experience was not only about learning new skills, but also about cooperation, communication, and understanding different cultures. Living and working together made the whole process more real and meaningful.

Thanks to the organizers and all participants for creating a supportive and open environment.

We live in a time where technology accompanies us almost every moment of the day. Smartphones, social media platforms, artificial intelligence, and constant connectivity shape how we communicate, work, learn, and relax. While digital tools bring enormous opportunities, they also introduce new challenges that affect our attention, relationships, mental health, and sense of balance. We all experience digital overload from time to time - a state of constant stimulation, information pressure, and difficulty disconnecting. Notifications compete for our attention, algorithms shape the information we see, and online environments influence our emotions, opinions, and behaviors. Research increasingly shows that excessive or unconscious technology use can contribute to stress, decreased concentration, sleep disturbances, and weakened offline relationships. At the same time, people are exposed to new risks such as misinformation, manipulation, cyber threats, and privacy violations. Yet technology itself is not the problem. The real challenge lies in how we relate to it. This booklet was created as part of the Walk OFFline training course, an international educational initiative that brings together youth workers, educators, trainers, and community leaders interested in promoting healthier and more conscious relationships with technology. The project explores the intersection of digital hygiene, cybersecurity awareness, mindful technology use, emotional regulation, and sustainable digital practices.

A magyarországi Támogató Hálózat bemutatása
Nők összekapcsolása az építőiparban közösségen, mentoráláson és lehetőségeken keresztül
Az építőipar befogadóbbá tétele nem csupán képzési programokat igényel — közösségre is szükség van. Magyarországon a kezdeményezés most egy új lépést tesz azzal, hogy létrehoz egy kifejezetten az építőiparban és a szakképzésben (VET) részt vevő nők számára kialakított támogató hálózatot.
A CoHER Támogató Hálózat célja, hogy összekapcsolja a tanulókat, oktatókat és szakembereket, akik elkötelezettek a nők részvételének és vezető szerepének erősítése mellett az ágazatban.
Miért van szükség támogató hálózatra?
Az építőiparban dolgozó nők gyakran hasonló kihívásokról számolnak be:
Korlátozott számú női szakmai közösség
Kevés látható női példakép
Akadályok a karrierelőmenetelben
Elszigetelődés férfiak által dominált munkakörnyezetben
Bár a műszaki készségek alapvető fontosságúak, a szakmai sikerhez az is hozzájárul, hogy valaki hozzáférjen mentoráláshoz, szakmai tapasztalatcseréhez és megbízható információkhoz. A Támogató Hálózat ezekre a strukturális hiányosságokra reagál azzal, hogy platformot teremt a kapcsolódásra és az együttműködésre.
Mit kínál a Támogató Hálózat?
A hálózat nem formális tagsági klubként működik, hanem egy gyakorlati és könnyen hozzáférhető szakmai ökoszisztémaként. Fő elemei:
1. Szakmai közösség (Peer-to-Peer)
Egy biztonságos és támogató tér, ahol a szakképzésben részt vevő vagy pályakezdő nők:
megoszthatják tapasztalataikat
megvitathatják a munkahelyi kihívásokat
megoldásokat és stratégiákat cserélhetnek
erősíthetik szakmai önbizalmukat
2. Mentorálási lehetőségek
A tanulók összekapcsolása tapasztalt építőipari szakemberekkel annak érdekében, hogy:
karrierútmutatást kapjanak
gyakorlati iparági tapasztalatokhoz jussanak
támogatást kapjanak a képzésből a munkaerőpiacra való átmenethez
3. Tudásmegosztás és mini-kurzusokhoz kapcsolódás
A hálózat a mini-kurzusok lendületére épít azzal, hogy:
a tanulást az egyes alkalmakon túl is folytatja
ösztönzi a folyamatos készségfejlesztést
elősegíti az inkluzív és fenntartható építési gyakorlatok elterjedését
4. Láthatóság és példaképek
A hálózat bemutatja azokat a magyar nőket, akik:
mérnökök
építésvezetők
szakképzett szakmunkások
építőipari vállalkozók
A reprezentáció számít — amikor a fiatalabb generációk sikeres nőket látnak ezekben a szerepekben, az segít átalakítani a szakmáról alkotott képet.
A magyar szakképzés erősítése együttműködéssel
Magyarország építőipara jelentős átalakuláson megy keresztül, amelyet a digitalizáció, a fenntarthatósági célok és a munkaerő megújításának igénye hajt. A versenyképesség megőrzéséhez az ágazatnak sokszínű tehetségeket kell bevonzania és megtartania.
A Támogató Hálózat ehhez a következő módokon járul hozzá:
támogatja a női szakképzésben tanulók pályán maradását
ösztönzi a karrierelőmenetelt
hidat épít a képző intézmények és az iparág között
elősegíti a befogadó munkahelyi kultúrák kialakulását
A szakképzési intézmények számára a hálózat többletértéket képvisel: a tantermi tanulást valós iparági tapasztalatokkal és folyamatos szakmai kapcsolattal egészíti ki.
Nemcsak épületeket, hanem közösséget is építünk
A magyarországi Támogató Hálózat elindítása egyértelmű üzenetet közvetít:
A nők támogatása az építőiparban nem egyszeri kezdeményezés — hanem hosszú távú elköteleződés.
A mentorálás, a szakmai közösség és a folyamatos tanulás kombinációjával a hálózat hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy az építőipari pályát választó nők ne csak képzést kapjanak, hanem valódi támogatást, kapcsolatokat és megerősítést is.

Török Virág: Nagy örömmel osztjuk meg élményeinket az Erasmus+ ifjúsági csereprogramról, az „Our Planet, Our Home – youth for sustainable development” projektről, amelyet 2026. március 21–26. között rendeztek meg Paralimniben, Cipruson.

A projekt során négy európai országból érkező fiatalokkal együtt mélyedtünk el a fenntarthatóság és a zöld szemlélet témájában, nem formális tanulási módszereken keresztül.

Számos interaktív workshopon vettünk részt, ahol a környezettudatosság, a fenntartható életmód és a mindennapi döntéseink hatásai kerültek a középpontba.

Különböző szabadtéri programok és környezetvédelmi központok látogatása során megvizsgáltuk a helyi ökológiai kihívásokat, és betekintést nyertünk abba, hogyan tudnak a közösségek hozzájárulni egy fenntarthatóbb jövőhöz. Larnacában pedig egy érdekes társadalmi kísérletben is részt vettünk a helyiekkel.

A közös munka, a reflektív beszélgetések és az interkulturális estek révén nemcsak tudással gazdagodtunk, hanem értékes nemzetközi kapcsolatokat és barátságokat is kialakítottunk.

Virág Török: I am excited to share my experience from the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange “Our Planet, Our Home, youth for sustainable development”, held in Paralimni, Cyprus, March 21–26, 2026.

During this project, people from 4 European countries came together to explore sustainability and green education through non-formal learning.

We participated in interactive workshops focusing on environmental awareness, sustainable lifestyles, and the impact of our daily choices on the planet.

Through outdoor activities and visits to environmental centers, we analyzed local eco-issues and learned how communities can contribute to a greener future while having a social experiment with locals in Larnaca.

Teamwork, reflection sessions, and intercultural evening helped us build strong international connections and meaningful friendships.
