Cette décision a été prise afin de permettre à plus de femmes de rejoindre l’aventure et de vivre cette belle expérience ensemble.

This August, the Center for Creative Technology & Entrepreneurship (CCTE) proudly co-implemented the Sustainability Entrepreneurship Intensive in Cap-Haïtien. This program is part of the Youth Entrepreneurs Sustainability Initiative of Haiti (YESIH), supported by the U.S. Department of State’s Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund (AEIF 2024-2025) and the U.S. Embassy in Haiti.

Over the course of 3 days, CCTE and its partners trained 50 university students in entrepreneurship, sustainability, innovation, and business development. The goal: equipping Haiti’s youth with the skills and mindset to transform local challenges into opportunities for economic growth, job creation, and community resilience.

From December 19–21, 2024, Cap-Haïtien hosted the Youth Employment Summit (YES-24), transforming the city into a hub of youth innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership.

Over three impactful days, YES-24 brought together visionary youth leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers to tackle employment challenges, promote sustainability, and drive economic growth across Haiti.

More than 60 young participants, supported by a dedicated staff, took center stage—proving that Haiti’s youth are not just the future but the present!

With 55% women and 45% men, the summit championed gender equality and inclusive participation. Delegates came from diverse regions—Cap-Haïtien, Ouanaminthe, Port-de-Paix, and Jacmel—forming a powerful network of leaders united by a shared vision for progress.

With the unwavering support of a passionate team, YES-24 wasn’t just a summit—it was a movement. A call to action for Haitian youth to build businesses, create jobs, and transform their communities!
