ISA MAI — LIVE DEBUT
ZEST at Zagreb Music Week🛎
As part of Zagreb Design Week, the second edition of Zagreb Music Week brings together musicians, organizations, spaces, technology, education and audiences through a shared music and cultural platform.
After presenting DJ Foxy at Zagreb Music Week last year, this year ZEST introduces ISA MAI - a new Zagreb-based trio making their very first appearance in front of an audience.
Born out of a long friendship and a shared love of music, ISA MAI blend neo-soul, jazz, hip-hop, bass music and electronics, driven by synths and sprinkled with sweet pop elements.

ISHFAQ — DJ SET
Before ISA MAI make their live debut, Ishfaq opens the evening with a solo DJ set.
Ishfaq is a DJ, producer, multi-instrumentalist and live performer, based in Zagreb. He's supported Bugz in the Attic live in Dublin, played the legendary Lazy club in Frankfurt, remixed for Tokyo Dawn, produced and remixed for Sonar Kollektiv, and released on many labels including Village Live and Dance Regular, attended the Red Bull Music Academy in Seattle, and DJ'd all across Europe. He's also an accomplished session musician, having contributed to many releases, for people like Zero T, Bruk Rogers, EVM128, Jan Kincl, The North Quarter — and recently playing all the instruments on the Searchlight album, released on Goldie's Fallen Tree 1Hundred label.
At Zagreb Music Week, Ishfaq takes on two roles - first behind the decks, then on synths as part of ISA MAI.
