Danas obilježavamo Međunarodni dan mladih. 💙

Mladi nisu samo budućnost. Mladi su sada.

Zato im trebamo dati prostor da sudjeluju, stvaraju, odlučuju i mijenjaju svoje zajednice. Ne samo simbolično, nego stvarno.

U Udruzi Zaželi vjerujemo u društvo u kojem se glas mladih čuje, njihove ideje pretvaraju u prilike, a različitosti postaju snaga.

This sentence best captures what we aim to achieve through the Beyond Tokenism project.

That's why we developed the 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - a document that brings together organizations committed to creating environments where inclusion is genuine, not merely symbolic.

By endorsing the Declaration, organizations commit to:
✔️ meaningful youth participation
✔️ shared decision - making
✔️ transparency and accountability
✔️ continuous learning and improvement of their own practices

📣Our 𝗲-𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺 is now officially online!

Developed together with our project partners and tested with youth workers, this course helps participants better understand what tokenism is, how it impacts individuals and organizations, and how to recognize it in everyday practice.
Most importantly, it encourages genuine inclusion and provides practical tools for creating more inclusive communities.

We invite youth workers, young people, organizations, and everyone interested in inclusion to explore the platform and join the learning journey.
