Walking, as an accessible and convenient form of physical activity, has a proven, positive impact on our cognitive functions and mood.
Furthermore, compared to walking in urban areas (such as along busy streets), spending time in green spaces is significantly more effective at reducing stress, anxiety, negative emotions, and rumination.
How about getting off the bus one stop earlier next time and walking the rest of the way? 🌳🚶♂️
