Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.- John 13:14-17

Through it all, He Provides! Our God is Jehovah Jireh, Hebrew for “The Lord Will Provide.” In Genesis 22, God instructs Abraham to take his son, his only son, Isaac, and offer him on the top of a mountain as a sacrifice. Just as Abraham is about to commit the unthinkable, an angel of the Lord calls out to him and commands him not to lay a hand on his son. In turn, the Lord provides a ram for Abraham to sacrifice as a burnt offering in Isaac’s place, naming the mountaintop, Jehovah Jireh. All of Scripture and history tell the story of the God who provides for His people.

This story brings to mind a precious little boy in our LAMB family named Eliseo. Eliseo came to LAMB as a toddler through the daycare in Flor del Campo. The LAMB Board first met him in March of 2025 at a home visit during their annual trip to Honduras. While visiting his humble home, they met his grandmother, who was undergoing kidney dialysis, and his young, single mother. With deep love and courage, Eliseo’s mother asked if we would bring her son into our Children’s Home, hoping and believing he would be more fully cared for, nourished, and protected there. However, at the time, Honduran social services would not grant her request. After months of prayer, crying out for the Lord to make a way, in His perfect timing, our prayers were answered! Eliseo’s mom’s hope to give her son a better life was fulfilled! Now, Eliseo is safe, supported, and thriving both at the Children’s Home and at JOY Christian Academy. Praise be to the One who provides, through it all!

Through it all, He hears. From a baby’s first cry to every prayer we lift, our God listens. The Word became flesh and entered our world—fully God, fully man—drawing near and sympathizing with our weakness. Even the smallest cries do not go unheard. At God’s Littlest Lambs’ Daycare, little ones who once longed for safety, nourishment, and care have been seen, heard, and lovingly provided for. Thank you, LAMB family, for being part of His listening and His response through it all.

Through it all, He is True!

What makes a person trustworthy? Is it their personal integrity or their ability to deliver on their word? We serve a God who is both infinitely good and infinitely powerful, worthy of our trust because He not only has abundantly good plans for those who love Him, but is fully able and faithful to carry out His perfect design for His beloved creation.

Even so, trusting God through it all is easier said than done. Though we see His faithfulness in Scripture, in others’ stories, and in our own lives, each new season of darkness humbles us and draws us back to wait on our Heavenly Father’s timing and way.

One summer, this was the story of a little boy named Antoni. New to LAMB’s Children’s Home and without a sponsor, he watched others welcomed by visitors with special bonds and began to long for someone who would look for him each time they came and faithfully pray for him from afar.

When he shared this desire, a LAMB staff member chose not to rush ahead but to trust our good and powerful God, holding fast to Deuteronomy 31:8. For six weeks they prayed that the Lord would provide a sponsor just for Antoni. At summer’s end, two sisters met him, instantly loved him, and chose to sponsor him. Praise the Lord—His Word is true through it all!

Only one more day to come alongside LAMB as a monthly partner through child sponsorship or Shepherd’s Staff!

This is your invitation to be part of something deeply meaningful and to help carry a child close. Through sponsorship, you walk hand in hand with a specific child, ensuring they are known, loved, educated, and reminded each day that they are not forgotten. Through Shepherd’s Staff, you strengthen the entire ministry by lifting up students and families through faithful monthly support.

When you give monthly, you are not simply meeting a need. You are stepping into a promise that these children will be carried close to the heart of Jesus and surrounded by a community that believes in their future!

Through it all, He is holy.

Last week, we began our Approaching Easter series in Psalm 22, the “Crucifixion Psalm.” As we journey toward Easter, we’re fixing our eyes on the Lord and remembering His constant care and presence. Today, we reflect on a defining truth from this psalm: “Yet you are holy.”

When life feels heavy, holiness is not always our first response. It’s easy to focus on our circumstances instead of the One who is “set apart,” enthroned in power and worthy of praise. But in Psalm 22, God gently lifts our gaze from our troubles to His holy, compassionate face.

Mirada de Jesus, “the Gaze of Jesus”, a ministry of LAMB, reflects this truth by providing a forever home for children with special needs. While the world may look away, God’s holy and loving gaze rests on them. He is the lifter of our heads, and in every season, we proclaim: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come.” (Revelation 4:8), through it all!

Invitation to Action: So often, we seek God’s help and deliverance apart from seeking God Himself; we desire the gift more than the Giver. This week, keep a running list of not only the blessings the Lord has poured out upon you, but also make note of the ways you have seen God Himself, as he daily lifts your eyes to Him.

Isaiah 40:11 so perfectly reflects what we pray over every child at God’s Littlest Lambs’ (GLL) Daycare. Each day, our littlest lambs are nurtured, protected, and taught about the love of Jesus in a safe and joy-filled environment. But daycare is just the beginning of their story...

As these precious children grow, our hope is that they will have the chance to continue their education at GLL School, building on the spiritual and academic foundation that has been laid for them. For most of these families, however, that opportunity will only be possible through scholarship support.

Through LAMB’s Shepherd’s Staff Program, you have the opportunity to reflect the heart of the Good Shepherd by carrying these lambs close as they grow. Your monthly support provides the scholarship funding that allows a child to remain in a Christ-centered school community where they can flourish for years to come.

Would you prayerfully consider joining the Shepherd’s Staff Program? Together, we can ensure that these little ones who are carried in His arms today will continue to be cared for, protected, and discipled tomorrow.
